Introducing the Luxe Home Team – a team of real estate professionals that have helped 100’s of clients to sell millions of dollars in real estate in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada. The team calls Revel Realty Inc., Brokerage home….one of the fastest growing and most innovative brokerages in Niagara and Ontario! More than 15 years ago Stephanie Schaeffer and her late-husband Dave Vogt flipped their 1st house. That led to a total of 25 houses over the next several years. Today, Stephanie continues to represent real estate clients with buying, selling and investing.

Pam McIlhone, Sales Representative

Pam McIlhone, the newest member, joins Luxe Home Team from a twenty year career as a real estate law clerk for Niagara, and downtown Toronto firms, where she specialized in residential, commercial, condo, vacant land, new construction and resale properties. Bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the team, Pam will provide a comprehensive understanding of prospective properties for her clients, and exceed expectations with her knowledge and education.

Pam, a mom of 2 adult children, is an avid outdoor enthusiast and nature lover and, of course, loves dogs like the rest of the team! She’s been a peer support volunteer with Wellspring Niagara, and a visible presence with strong ties in her community and looks forward to cultivating long lasting and fulfilling client relationships. She is truly the perfect fit into the Luxe Home Team family!

Allison Lochhead, Sales Representative

With a background in serving the needs of the elderly through Community Living, Allison brings a unique perspective and a genuine passion for helping others to her real estate career. Allison’s educational background in Early Childhood Education and her previous experience at the YMCA have equipped her with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Her dedication to making a positive impact in the community is evident through her consistent contributions and involvement. With a warm and outgoing personality and a friendly demeanour, Allison is known for her approachable nature and her ability to connect with people effortlessly. Kelly Kountouris, Client Care Manager

Kelly is Luxe Home Team’s Client Care Manager. She has a background as a Real Estate Assistant and a Travel Agent, so exceeding our clients’ expectations comes naturally to her. She’s also a huge dog lover, which seems to be a job requirement being part of Luxe Home Team! As a married mom to 5 amazing kids, she’s an expert at mediating high pressure situations! Working with Stephanie, they are able to create an atmosphere of trust and honesty with their clients, always listening to their needs and goals and doing what is best for their clients when buying or selling a home. Kelly, and the rest of Luxe Home Team take great pride in fostering and maintaining their client relationships and turning those relationships into long lasting friendships.

A Tribute to Dave Vogt

In November of 2020, we lost our fearless leader, our forward-thinker, and ever-present friend. Dave was known by most for his love and affection for his wife, Stephanie, and their 3 dogs, Cash, Bailey and Sam. Dave was passionate about all aspects of the real estate industry, and his fierce allegiance to and advocating for his clients was his number one priority. He was also a hands-on home renovator, flipping more than 25 houses with Stephanie by his side. Others remember him as the former owner of Dave’s Pit Stop, as a licenced automotive technician and a competitive race car driver. No matter how you knew Dave, he’ll always be remembered for his determination, drive to succeed, and most of all, his optimism and unwavering positivity. That unique positive outlook on life was something Dave was committed to spreading to everyone he knew, whether it was a life-long friend, or through a chat with a stranger.

Dave’s legacy will continue to live on through the Luxe Home Team. We will honour his memory every day and in everything that we do.

Our sincere gratitude to everyone who shared condolences, kindness and memories of Dave. We will never forget the outpouring of love we’ve received.
